Is that what he really wants to say?

Campaigning in Georgia (which has a February 5th primary), Bill Clinton said he'll be "the abominable snowman" if Hillary Clinton wins.

Does he think that's going to win her more votes? Hmmm.

From the The Associated Press article that you link to:

But he cautioned that he would have to be careful of stepping on toes and not undermining the authority of the vice president or the secretary of state.

'I'd be like the abominable snowman,' Clinton said. 'I'd be bigfooting everybody even if I tried not to. There's almost no way you can avoid that.'

'Whatever I do should be totally transparent,' he said,

After Clinton said he wanted to continue his foundation work, he was asked whether he'd live in the White House.

'I would anticipate being there, unless you know something I don't,' he quipped to the questioner.

Clinton said his wife is battle-tested. A true test of her determination, he said, is how she's been able to pick herself up from her failures _ like her ill-fated health care effort during his administration.

'You need to know what your president is going to do when he or she fails,' he said.

It's clear from Bill's rambling in this article that even Bill doesn't know his role. It seems like another Cheney kind of role and that is probably not good.
